Tainã Caetano Coimbra is a software engineer passionate about learning and
continuous improvement, with over ten years of experience in the industry as a developer, coach, mentor, and facilitator.
Having worked with multiple teams across Brazil, Asia, Europe and North America in his career, TC has found great value in fostering team dynamics that elevate all team members to be the best that they can be. TC has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the
Federal University of Pelotas and works for Split Software.

Caroli, Paulo

PAULO CAROLI é apaixonado por inovação, empreendedorismo e produtos digitais. É engenheiro de software, autor, palestrante e um excelente facilitador.
Consultor principal da ThoughtWorks e cofundador da Agile Brazil, Paulo possui mais de vinte anos de experiência em desenvolvimento de produtos digitais, trabalhando em diversas corporações no Brasil, na Índia, nos Estados Unidos e em outros países da América Latina e da Europa. Em 2000, ele descobriu o Extreme Programming e, desde então, concentrou sua experiência em processos e práticas da Agile & Lean. Ele ingressou
na ThoughtWorks em 2006 e ocupou os cargos de desenvolvedor, Agile Coach, Trainer, Project e Delivery Manager. É bacharel em Informática e mestre em Engenharia de Software, ambos pela PUC-Rio.
Entre seus livros publicados estão FunRetrospectives, Sprint a Sprint e o best-seller Lean Inception que já foi publicado em quatro idiomas.
